Loved everything about this resort. Food was lovely, great selection, beautiful cocktails. Nothing to much trouble for the staff. Tours and tour guides great. 5 minute walk to the underground river tour. Lovely pool and surrounds. Pool view room was a good choice.

I booked two nights with a plan to find somewhere else when i arrived. this hotel was great, so i extended my stay here for another 6 nights. the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, nothing was a drama for them. the only downside was that the beach isnt so fantastic, it lacks the beautiful white sand which can be found in some locations. surfers will also be disapointed with the lack of waves. that said, there is a nice pool for swimming and sunbaking.
